Maria Berns, Ph.D.

Dr. Maria Berns is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Mississippi.  She received her Ph.D. from the University of Memphis.  Her areas of research interest include strategy implementation, organizational and institutional change, and entrepreneurship. Her research has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Review, Health Care Management Review, Human Resource Management Review, and Journal of Change Management.
