As a part of the Legacy Leadership program, the CIE Family Business Symposium welcomes family businesses from an array of industries. These businesses come together to discuss concerns and solutions to the business challenges they face and hear from knowledgeable business leaders on how to continue growing their businesses for generations to come. “Building off of the success of our inaugural It’s All Relative family business symposium in Oxford, we are excited to announce our 2nd annual symposium,” says Dr. Clay Dibrell, Co-Director of the CIE.

“It is going to be an amazing time to learn and to fellowship with family businesses.” Hu Meena, Chairman and CEO of C Spire, will kick off the symposium with his insights on running his successful family business. We are also thrilled to have Dr. Justin Craig from
Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management who will provide closing comments on the continuity of the family’s business success. We will also be joined by other leaders telling us lessons learned from their family business, along with experts to discuss essentials for moving your family business to the next level.
