Madeline Barber

Madeline Barber is a Marketing Specialist and Director of Campus Outreach for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) at the University of Mississippi. In this role, she leads the center’s student marketing and communications strategy. Originally from Chaska, Minnesota, Madeline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications: Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Minnesota.

With more than five years of experience in marketing and visual storytelling, Madeline specializes in brand strategy, community-driven content, and creative photography. Her background spans agency work, in-house marketing for small businesses, and entrepreneurship- having launched a photography business while earning her undergraduate degree. Madeline specializes in bridging the gap between students, their growing businesses, and the community mentors who help shape them, creating real relationships that go beyond the classroom and into meaningful, lasting impact.
